FFWS 2026 Fall SEA Grand Finals Day 1: Overall standings and summary
The FFWS 2026 SEA Fall Grand Finals officially kicked off on September 19, bringing together the 12 best-performing teams from across the Southeast Asian region for the final battle of the tournament. With the championship title, international qualification, and a place among the region’s elite on the line, every match on the opening day carried significant weight.
Day 1 featured a total of six matches, giving each of the 12 finalists an opportunity to build their advantage ahead of the decisive second day. Rather than determining the champion outright, the opening day was all about accumulating valuable headstart points that could prove crucial once the tournament moved into its final stage.
The competition now moves into Day 2 on September 20, where the teams will compete under the Champion Rush format. Unlike a conventional points-based finish, Champion Rush adds another layer of pressure, as teams must manage their accumulated advantage while continuing to fight for match wins and the opportunity to secure the championship.
The stakes extend beyond the SEA Fall trophy. A total of eight teams will earn qualification to the FFWS Global Finals 2026, scheduled to take place in Thailand this November. That means the final day is not only about deciding the regional champion but also determining which teams will represent Southeast Asia on the global stage.
With all 12 finalists carrying the momentum and headstart points earned from Day 1, September 20 promises to deliver the tournament's most intense battles yet. The race for the trophy, the global qualification spots, and regional bragging rights will all come down to the final stage of the FFWS 2026 SEA Fall Grand Finals.
Vietnam’s P Esports finished Day 1 at the top of the standings with 123 points and one Booyah, putting themselves in a strong position heading into the second day of the FFWS SEA Grand Finals. The squad delivered consistent performances throughout the day, particularly in the first, third, fourth, and sixth matches. They also produced a strong showing in the second game on Kalahari, where they secured a valuable 20-point victory. Across all six matches, P Esports recorded 77 eliminations and earned 10 headstart points, giving them a solid advantage as the tournament moves into the decisive Champion Rush stage.

Indonesia’s MBR Omega secured second place in the Day 1 standings despite failing to claim a single Booyah across the six matches. The team accumulated 95 points, including 54 eliminations, to finish 28 points behind table-toppers P Esports. MBR Omega endured a relatively quiet start, producing only average results in the opening two games. However, the Indonesian squad gradually found its rhythm and delivered stronger performances across the following four matches, allowing it to climb into the second position. As a result of its Day 1 performance, MBR Omega earned seven headstart points heading into Day 2 of the FFWS SEA Fall Grand Finals.
All Gamers Global secured third place at the end of Day 1 with 88 points and one Booyah. The Thai squad produced an aggressive and high-impact performance in the fourth match, where it secured a massive 29-point Booyah. The experienced lineup also maintained strong momentum in the second, fifth, and sixth matches, helping it remain firmly inside the top three. With its overall performance, All Gamers Global earned five headstart points for Day 2 of the FFWS 2026 SEA Fall Grand Finals.
Meanwhile, Vietnam’s Team Flash finished fourth with 83 points, including an impressive 59 eliminations across the six matches. The team was particularly effective during the third, fourth, and fifth games, consistently collecting points and keeping itself within striking distance of the teams above. Team Flash’s Day 1 performance earned the squad three headstart points heading into the decisive second day of the Grand Finals.
Indonesia’s Bigetron by Vitality finished Day 1 in fifth place with 81 points and one Booyah. The squad delivered its strongest performance in the third match, securing a 22-point victory that helped boost its overall standing. Bigetron’s consistent run across the remaining matches was enough to keep the team inside the top five, while its Day 1 performance earned it two headstart points for the second day.
ONIC Olympus and Buriram United occupied sixth and seventh positions, respectively, with 78 and 73 points. ONIC Olympus managed to collect one headstart point after its Day 1 performance, while Buriram United ended the opening day just five points behind the Indonesian squad. With the standings still relatively close in the middle of the table, both teams will have an opportunity to make a push during the Champion Rush stage on Day 2.
RRQ Kazu endured a relatively quiet Day 1 at the FFWS SEA Fall Grand Finals, finishing eighth in the standings with 69 points and one Booyah. Twisted Minds followed in ninth place with 64 points, also securing one Booyah during the opening day.
Meanwhile, Secret WAG, GOW, and Team Falcons occupied the bottom three positions with 62, 60, and 48 points, respectively. Despite recording Booyahs, RRQ Kazu and Twisted Minds were unable to collect enough points to challenge the teams higher up the table.
Along with Buriram United, these five squads — RRQ Kazu, Twisted Minds, Secret WAG, GOW, and Team Falcons — failed to secure any headstart points on Day 1. They will therefore enter the decisive Champion Rush stage without a starting-point advantage, making their Day 2 performances particularly important in the race for the championship and the eight Global Finals qualification spots.
